NFIB State Director Jerrod Shouse presented U.S. Sen. James Lankford with the NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award today in Edmond.
Honored to receive the @NFIB Guardian of Small Business award in Edmond this morning. During the last two years, I have worked to roll back federal regulations, which helps OK small businesses drive economic growth. pic.twitter.com/YvecBfgUKJ

The Guardian of Small Business Award is the most prestigious honor that NFIB bestows on members of Congress in recognition of their efforts to support small business issues.
Senator Lankford has earned a 100% voting record with NFIB in the 115th Congress (2017-18), siding with small businesses on regularity and legal reform. He also supported the historic Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which eased the financial pressure on small businesses and made it easier for them to grow and to create jobs.
“James Lankford understands the issues facing Oklahoma’s small businesses,” Shouse said. “It’s an honor to present him with the NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award.”
