U.S. Rep. Karen Handel Takes the NFIB Small Business Challenge in Marietta

Date: March 26, 2018

U.S. Rep. Karen Handel (6th District) visited Arylessence Inc. in Marrietta on March 26 and took the NFIB Small Business Challenge.

The Small Business Challenge is a national campaign that invites lawmakers to spend a day “on the job” at a small business in their community and allows them to experience firsthand the challenges small-business owners face, including day-to-day management, compliance, and tax issues.

The visit gave Handel the opportunity to learn more about the challenges of running a small business and speak with Arylessence President Steve Tanner and others about small-business issues in Congress.  Arylessence is a manufacturer of fine fragrances and flavors.
