CARSON CITY, Nev., August 9, 2018—The political action committee for Nevada’s leading small-business association today announced its second round of legislative endorsements for the June 12 Primary Election.

“Our first round of endorsements for incumbents seeking re-election were based on their voting records,” said Randi Thompson, Nevada state director for NFIB, speaking for the NFIB Nevada PAC which made today’s endorsements. “For this round of challengers and candidates running in open seats, the NFIB Nevada PAC based its endorsements on answers to candidate questionnaires. Our PAC thoroughly vets answers to the questionnaire because small business doesn’t have the luxury of choosing someone paying lip service to Main Street entrepreneurs, it’s their votes that matter during the cut and thrust of legislative action and we need a little more assurance of their awareness of what’s at stake for small business.”
