One incumbent, 14 challengers and candidates for open seats complete NFIB backing
OLYMPIA, Wash., Sept. 8, 2020—The political action committee for Washington state’s largest and leading small-business association today announced the completion of its legislative endorsements for the Washington House and Washington Senate in the Nov. 3 General Election.
One incumbent, Sen. Ron Muzzall, and 14 challengers and candidates for open seats bring to 59 the total number of legislative endorsements. Included in the 14 is State Rep. Chris Gildon, who is running against Puyallup Mayor Julie Door for the open 25th Legislative District senate seat currently held by Sen. Hans Zeiger who is running for the Pierce County Council.
All 59 endorsements made by the NFIB Washington PAC were either based on legislative voting records, answers to candidate questionnaires, or interviews. Today’s 15 additional endorsements are in bold in the list below. Asterisks denote current or former NFIB members.
