SMALL BUSINESS BACKS BRADLEY FOR STATE SUPREME COURT

Madison (March 28, 2016) – The state’s leading advocate for
small business owners, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB)
today endorsed Justice Rebecca Bradley for the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

“Justice Bradley has an array of experience that will suit
her well in the Supreme Court. Not only is she an accomplished jurist with a
solid record on business issues, but she has proven to be an ardent defender of
the Constitution,” said NFIB Wisconsin State Director Bill G. Smith.  “The court plays an essential
role in maintaining a consistent and predictable legal climate for our small
businesses.”

“Virtually
every Wisconsin small business owner is impacted by the decisions and opinions
of the Wisconsin Supreme Court,” said Smith,  “Justice Bradley has the
experience, background and judicial philosophy needed to apply the law as
written, not in response to a partisan political agenda.”

The election for Supreme Court will be held April 5th
NFIB will encourage its thousands of members in Wisconsin to support the
election of Judge Bradley to
the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
