BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 4, 2020—From Suzanne Budge, Idaho state director for NFIB, the state and nation’s leading small-business association.

“We are delighted to see Idaho returning its pro-small-business delegation to Congress and 97% of NFIB ID PAC-endorsed candidates for the Idaho Legislature winning their elections. Now, we need Congress and the Idaho Legislature to shift into high gear and address some pressing issues in need of immediate attention, such as streamlined PPP loan forgiveness, deductibility of PPP loan forgiven expenses, and, at the state level, extending the protections from unfair COVID lawsuits against small-business owners, which are set to expire July 1, 2021.”
