NFIB Texas PAC Endorses 16 Candidates for Seats on Supreme Court, Court of Appeal

The NFIB Texas PAC today announced its endorsements for state Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. The political action committee is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.

The PAC endorsed four candidates for Supreme Court and 12 for seats on the Court of Appeals.

“We need a judiciary that is fair and impartial but understands the issues affecting the state’s small business community,” NFIB State Director Annie Spilman said. “We need judges who will maintain a level playing field and won’t try to rewrite Texas law from the bench. That’s why the NFIB Texas PAC is endorsing these candidates for seats on the state Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.”

The NFIB Texas PAC’s endorsement is important to these candidates Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls. NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues.
