NFIB supports the candidates who support small business
On October 8, NFIB in New Hampshire announced that the NFIB NH PAC had endorsed 16 candidates for state Senate for the upcoming General Election. Endorsements were based on the voting records of incumbents, or in the case of challengers, completed questionnaires, as well as input from NFIB members.
“This year has not been an easy one for anyone, but small businesses have been particularly hard-hit, and if not for the votes and views of these 16 state Senate candidates, 2020 could have been even more difficult,” said New Hampshire’s NFIB Leadership Council member and business owner Ray Pinard. “Increased costs and higher taxes are debated every year in Concord and not everyone understands the crippling impact these additional financial burdens would have on small business. These endorsed candidates do understand it.”
“From Coos to the sea, mandates like a $15 minimum wage and one-size-fits-all mandatory leave policy would have been crushing to small business owners especially during the pandemic,” added Pinard. “We can count on these endorsed Senate candidates to keep a lid on spending, taxes, and regulation.”
