Small business victories and accomplishments in the last session

As lawmakers get ready for the 2019-20 session it is important to take a quick look back at the small business victories and accomplishments in the session just ended. Some of these involved passing pro-small business legislation and some were more about stopping bad ideas that would have made running your business more difficult.
