Vice President Mike Pence joined NFIB today for a nationwide teleforum to discuss the response to the pandemic that has closed many of the nation’s small businesses.
During the call, the vice president thanked small businesses for doing their part to combat the virus. “Small businesses rolled their sleeves up and said, ‘How do we work the problem?'” he said.
Vice President Pence singled out the work of small businesses in Texas, Maryland, and Indiana for shifting gears to address the needs of healthcare providers. “What American small businesses are doing, it’s just been incredible.”
