Roger Hays brings a wealth of experience to the Department of Labor and Employment panel
Long-time NFIB Colorado leadership council member Roger Hays was confirmed to serve on the Uninsured Employer Workers’ Compensation Board. The board “exists to provide financial assistance to individuals injured while working for employers who did not carry workers’ compensation insurance,” according to the Dept. of Labor and Employment’s webpage about the board.
“Roger has been a fixture on many stakeholder groups at the Colorado Department of Labor, representing the interests of employers,” said Tony Gagliardi, NFIB’s Colorado state director. “His dedication to Colorado’s employers is balanced with his wanting to make sure employees are treated fairly.”
Hays is the owner of Englewood-based Premier Employment Services “a comprehensive, off-site human resource administrative that services businesses with 5 to 500 employees,” according to the company’s LinkedIn profile. “Our clients have at their fingertips a complete human resource department comparable to those of the largest companies in the country, including a complete benefits department, a complete payroll department and complete compliance/risk department.”
