NFIB guest editorials helping to shape 2021 legislative agenda

Election euphoria and disappointments are short-lived emotions but the bricks-and-mortar work of influencing a legislative agenda is continual. In two recently published guest editorials by NFIB Colorado State Director Tony Gagliardi, he argues that the next session of the Colorado General Assembly will still have to grapple with the cost shock of the recently passed family and medical leave law and will also need to provide small-business owners with some liability protection against unfair COVID lawsuits.
