Taylor Criddle’s political campaign experience an asset for 2020
NFIB California is pleased to announce its new grassroots manager for the Golden State.
He is Taylor Criddle, who grew up in Grass Valley, attended Chico State, and graduated with bachelors’ degrees in political science and criminal justice. Right after graduating Taylor plunged into political campaign work and didn’t let up.
- In 2014, he worked on political programs benefiting U.S. Rep. Doug LaMalfa, State Sen. Jim Nielsen, and Assemblyman Jim Gallagher.
- In 2015, he was called upon to Capitol Hill in D.C. to help U.S. Rep. Erik Paulsen in Minnesota.
- Returning home, in 2016, Taylor was recruited to help U.S. Rep. David Valadao win his reelection.
- A year later, he was brought in to assist Assemblyman Dante Acosta.
- Last year, he managed a staff of 18 field representatives for the Republican National Committee.
- On June 10, 2019, Criddle joined NFIB California as its grassroots manager. He replaces Elizabeth Parks, who now heads up NFIB grassroots programs in the Northeast.
For NFIB, Criddle will work to increase NFIB-member activism in the legislative process and to recruit new small-business owners to the cause. His job will include rallying the troops to stop bad-for-small-business bills from passing the California Legislature, as well as helping to push good-for-Main-Street measures to passage.
“Never has political campaign experience been more valuable in a grassroots manager than now,” said NFIB California State Director John Kabateck. “We’re delighted Taylor Criddle could join the team. As we are all too starkly aware of, if we don’t elect pro-small-business candidates, what you see now coming out of Sacramento will only get worse. Taylor has the experience of getting pro-small-business candidates elected.”
