State Updates Dine-In Requirements for Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs

Date: October 22, 2020

Owners of these establishments are urged to review the updated guidance

The Arizona Department of Health Service on October 20 issued updated guidance for restaurants and bars providing dine-in service.

NFIB highly recommends its member businesses in those fields review this quickly scannable ADHS, 14-page document, Requirements for Liquor Licensed Restaurants, Bars, and Nightclubs Providing Dine-In Services. NFIB also suggests re-reading Gov. Doug Ducey’s July 9 Executive Order 2020-47, Reducing the Risk, Slowing the Spread Limiting Indoor Dining.

“If we can stay on our game as a state, Arizona will emerge from the recession faster than any of our neighbors,” said NFIB Arizona State Director Chad Heinrich. “You can see the proof of that from the Joint Legislative Budget Committee’s Monthly Fiscal Highlights October 2020 report, which I call to everyone’s attention the first page.”
