PHOENIX, Oct. 18, 2018—The political action committee for Arizona’s leading small-business association today announced its endorsement of Attorney General Mark Brnovich for re-election.

“Attorney General Mark Brnovich has earned his stripes as an advocate for small businesses during his first term,” said Chad Heinrich, NFIB’s Arizona state director, speaking for the NFIB Arizona PAC, which made the endorsement. “On behalf of nearly 6,000 small-business owners in Arizona, we proudly endorse Mark Brnovich and encourage all voters to support his re-election.”

“During his first term Mark Brnovich went out of his way to learn the issues important to small-business owners and then worked diligently to cultivate a relationship with NFIB members,” said Heinrich. “And while many candidates tend to forget about small business, Attorney General Brnovich has always kept the state’s job-creators top of mind, which is why he decisively intervened to stop a serial litigator who filed over 1,000 exploitive lawsuits against small businesses for frivolous and, in some cases, non-existent disability access violations.

“Putting a stop to the abusive litigation saved Arizona’s small-business owners from being held hostage to high-cost legal fees and possible settlements.”
