WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 14, 2018) – NFIB, America’s leading small business association, today unveiled a new brand and updated website that reflect both its 75-year history of blazing paths and its commitment to advocating on behalf of small businesses.

“Our new brand captures the strength of NFIB and our drive to stand up for small and independent businesses,” said Juanita D. Duggan, NFIB President and CEO. “But this new brand is much more than a new look. It is the public visual of our continuous commitment to our members to serve as the voice of small business for the next 75 years and beyond.”

The new brand and website launch as NFIB prepares to celebrate its 75th anniversary in June. The organization, which has fought for the interests of small business on some of the most high-profile debates nationally and in the states, most recently celebrated a milestone victory during tax reform when it secured small business tax relief, including a provision in the tax code that provides a 20 percent deduction for pass-through businesses.

“The work we did on tax reform is an example of how we are that voice. We were the only major business organization to stand up for small businesses making sure they weren’t left behind in the tax bill,” Duggan said. “Victories like the tax bill led to our use of a ‘path’ as the centerpiece of our new logo. It shows the bold steps our members are willing to take – they are truly our nation’s trailblazers.”

The website will continue to serve as a hub for small business owners across the country, offering federal and state advocacy tools, research, benefits, and more.

“We know that being a small business is not just a descriptor, but a cause. It’s a cause we are passionate about,” Duggan said. “Wherever you see our new brand, you’ll see NFIB doing important work for our members.”
