NFIB Alabama PAC Endorses Candidates in 92 Legislative Races

Date: May 30, 2018

The NFIB Alabama PAC has endorsed candidates in 91 state legislative races.

The PAC has endorsed 24 candidates for seats in the state Senate and 68 candidates running for seats in the House of Representatives. Of the 92 candidates endorsed, all but six currently serve in the Legislature. The NFIB Alabama PAC is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.

“Our members support the candidates who support small business,” said Rosemary Elebash, state director in Alabama. “Each of these candidates understands the challenges facing Alabama’s job creators and have pledged to support small businesses on issues affecting their ability to expand and create jobs.”

The NFIB Alabama PAC’s endorsement is critical to the candidates’ campaigns. Small-business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for urging friends, family members and acquaintances to go to the polls. The NFIB Alabama PAC’s support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on small-business issues.
