This issue
is back with a vengeance in the 2015 legislative session; a couple of proposals
have been introduced to mandate paid leave for full and part-time employees,
would provide for the accrual of an hour of paid leave for every 30 -40 hours worked,
up to a maximum of 56 hours in a 12 month period. NFIB will vigorously oppose this mandate
again during the 2015 session.
