NFIB's Ohio Legislative Agenda for the 134th General Assembly

Date: February 15, 2021

What are the BIG Issues for Small Business in Ohio

NFIB continues to monitor legislation at the Ohio Statehouse that impacts small-business owners and where we can be pro-active in supporting good public policy initiatives that will assist our 21,000 members in owning, operating, and growing their businesses.

We are coming to the table with a strong agenda that benefits the small business community and makes Ohio a more attractive place to not only have new businesses locate but maintain those small businesses that are already located here.

You can click on the picture of the Ohio Statehouse below and read our updated small business agenda for the 134th Ohio General Assembly. After reviewing it, if you have any questions, please contact Chris Ferruso, NFIB Legislative Director for Ohio at 614-221-4107 or [email protected] and he will be happy to speak with you.
