Reach Out to Georgia Legislators

Date: May 20, 2015

With the close of this year's legislative session, NFIB/Georgia state director Kyle Jackson says this is the time to touch base with state legislators.

Dear NFIB/Georgia member,

With the close of another successful legislative session, your legislators have headed back to their homes and communities. This is a great time and opportunity to reach out to your legislators and talk about the issues and challenges you face in running your business. As business owners, you are looked at as community leaders and a trusted source of information for your legislators.

2016 will be here before you know it, and with the change of year brings a new legislative session. Your legislative delegation will once again return to Atlanta to debate and vote on important bills that can have a positive or negative impact on your small business’ bottom line. Make sure your legislators understand how important small business is to your community and to this state. Let them know that you are counting on them and their support to help keep Georgia the No. 1 state in which to do business in 2016 and beyond.

Regards,

Kyle Jackson
NFIB/Georgia State Director
