NFIB COVID-19 Webinar Part II – Congressional and Legal Update for Small Businesses

On Friday, March 20, 2020, at 12 PM Eastern, join Kevin Kuhlman, NFIB’s Senior Director of Federal Government Relations, for a legislative update and details on NFIB’s efforts to address small business concerns with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, the congressional bill addressing the impact of COVID-19. The bill includes many provisions that apply to small businesses including paid sick leave and paid family medical leave along with tax credits and other provisions impacting small employers.

In addition, the webinar will include a legal update from Beth Milito, an attorney with the NFIB Small Business Legal Center, on how employers should start planning for the potential of large-scale business disruptions requiring business closures.
