About the presenter:
Rick Boling is Vice President, Small Business Solutions at American General Life and Accident Insurance Company. His primary responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing strategies to effectively deliver voluntary benefits to the small business marketplace. He began his career as an agent with Liberty National Life in 1980 and then joined American General Life and Accident in 1982. Rick served in various field management roles prior to entering the Marketing department in 1995. Rick received the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from the American College in 1994. He also holds the designation of Fellow of Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTCF) and is a member of the Benefits Marketing Association.
