With over 20 years experience in Federal Contracts and Procurement law, Mr. Rose was a former Deputy General Counsel of the Air Force Center for Engineering and Environmental Excellence where he oversaw over $4 Billion in Federal contracts each year. Mr. Rose served in numerous senior level positions all over the world and at the Pentagon and holds degrees in chemistry, mathematics and post doctoral degrees. He is active in many federal and state entities such as the State Bar of Georgia, the US Court of Federal Claims as well as the National Contract Management Association.
