California Worst Run State Says New Study
California is the worst run state in the country for small business and is plagued with high taxes and spending according to a new study. NFIB's California executive director John Kabateck discusses the California economy with Neil Cavuto. The main problem, says Kabateck, is state legislators use Main Street as their ATM machine.
