NFIB and a coalition of 26 states brought the President's controversial healthcare law to the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court. In March, the Supreme Court will hear the first arguments in NFIB v. Sebelius, NFIB’s case against the law.
NFIB is asking the court to decide whether the infamous "individual mandate," which requires almost all Americans to buy health insurance or pay a fine, is constitutional. The court must also decide whether the rest of the law will be able to stand if the individual mandate is struck down.
The court’s decision is more than just healthcare. The decision will determine how much Congress can regulate your life decisions as business owners and individual citizens.
