There's no denying it. Federal small business regulations and mandates create an enormous burden on Main Street and are much harder on small businesses than their larger counterparts. Small businesses don't have legal teams or HR departments to sort through Washington's red tape, nor do owners have time to do it all themselves. Your time should be spent running your small business, not deciphering hard-to-understand bureacratic language and certainly not digging through complex government manuals and Web sites to find out who you can contact if you have a question.
