We have one basic philosophy: NFIB 1. We are the best at what we do and intend to stay that way. But NFIB 1 stands for more than just our rank. It’s also how we operate: as one. Although we have offices all over the nation, we work together as one team unified by a common goal. We have one voice with one mission: "To promote and protect the right of our members to own, operate and grow their businesses."

We want to be recognized as the preeminent advocate of free enterprise in America. What does this mean? It means that we’ve laid claim on a few things we want to be—and we’re not going to settle for second best. Take a look:
