Capitol Capers -- July 7
"Hello this is Barbara Quandt" was my cheery greeting as I picked up my phone.

"Will you please quit all the gloom and doom?" was the terse reply on the other end of the line. "I'm sick of hearing that the economy is bad." The caller taking me to task was long-time NFIB member, accountant Gail Piltz. Mr. Piltz operates The Accounting Services Group located on Indy's north side. Piltz was taking issue with my Capitol Capers column from last week.
