Robert Blackwell, Jr. is the founder and president of Electronic Knowledge Interchange, an e-solutions application, development and implementation company specializing in intranet, extranet, workflow, and Web-based supply chain management and other e-commerce solutions. He also founded Killerspin L.L.C. in 2002 and since that time it has become the leading American table tennis retailer and top table tennis media producer in the world. Blackwell joined the board of directors in 2008.

Timothy C. Clayton is the founder of Emerging Capital, a specialized management consulting firm in Wayzata, Minn., with a focus on providing merger and acquisition, capital formation and financial advisory services. He also was the cofounder of Building One Services Corporation. Clayton joined the board in January 2004 and serves as chair of the Audit/Budget Committee and serves on the Executive and Nominating/Governance Committees.

Don V. Cogman is the chairman of CC Investments, a private investment firm in Scottsdale, Ariz. Cogman is a former communications, public affairs and advertising executive, working in New York and Washington for 30 years. He currently serves as chair of both the NFIB Young Entrepreneur Foundation and Nominating/Governance Committee. He is also a member of the Executive and Finance/Investment Committees.

NFIB Board Chairman Bradley R. Eiffert is a vice president at Boone County Lumber Company in Columbia, Mo., working with his brother to coordinate the sales and operations for both that company and Boone County Millwork Company. Eiffert, a Desert Shield veteran, also is the cofounder of Awareness Management Systems, a sales management training company.

Nevin Groce is vice president of L&G Industrial Products Inc., a manufacturing company in Grand Rapids, Mich., and president of The Silas Group Inc., a startup human resources outsourcing firm. L&G, a family owned business, supplies JIT solutions to large manufacturers of office furniture such as Steelcase and Herman Miller. The Silas Group, which Groce started in 2006, specializes in the unique needs of small to mid-sized businesses. Groce joined the board of directors in 2008.

A. June Lennon is a partner in Martin & Lennon, CPAs in Greenville, S.C. Lennon specializes in family business consulting and financial planning for both corporations and individuals. An NFIB member since 1982, she is actively involved with the organization, serving as a member of the Leadership Trust Chairman's Council. Lennon serves as chair of the Finance/Investment Committee.

W. Thomas Musser is the founder and chairman of the board of Tri-M Group, a full-service electrical contractor based in Kennett Square, Pa. Musser has served in leadership positions for several organizations, including the Associated Builders & Contractors. Musser has served NFIB in many capacities: former board chairman, chair of the Young Entrepreneur Foundation, president of Pennsylvania Leadership Council, chair of the Leadership Conference and vice president of the Leadership Trust. He currently serves on the Audit/Budget, Nominating/Governance and Executive Committees.

Betty Neighbors is founder and president of TERRA Staffing Group in Everett, Wash. TERRA began as a home-based secretarial and answering service in 1981. In response to customer demand, TERRA began providing administrative and light industrial temporary help to a few local companies in 1983. From a two-person office 24 years ago, TERRA has grown to employ 50 staff members, and provides thousands of temporary and direct-hire placements annually from five offices throughout the Puget Sound region. Neighbors joined the board of directors in 2008.

Thomas Michael Nobis co-owns and operates JK Creative Printers & Mailing, a Quincy, Ill., business that has been in his family for more than 35 years. He has represented the small-business community on issues before the U.S. Congress. Nobis served as chair of the NFIB Quincy Area Action Council and as a member of the NFIB/Illinois Leadership Council. He joined the NFIB board in January 2006 and serves on the Audit/Budget and Finance/Investment Committees.

Ruth Lopez Novodor is CEO for Beverly Oncology and Imaging Medical Group in Montebello, Calif. She also serves as CEO for Americade Home Health Agency. Lopez Novodor also served as chairman of the Board for the Latin Business Association. Lopez Novodor joined the board of directors of NFIB in January of 2004 and serves on the Finance/Investment Committee.

NFIB President and CEO Todd Stottlemyer joined the organization in February 2006. Prior to joining NFIB, Stottlemyer served as CEO of Apogen Technologies, an information technology services and solutions company in northern Virginia.

Sunder Ramani is owner of Penta Resources, an interior construction firm in La Canada, Calif. Ramani is involved with many organizations, including Associated Builders and Contractors. Ramani also plays an active role in lobbying for California state issues. Ramani joined the NFIB board of directors in 2003 and serves on the Audit/Budget and SAFE Trust Committees.
