NFIB

Derrick Sontag is the NFIB/Kansas state director. Sontag joins us from the office of state Speaker of the House Doug Mays, where he served as chief of staff. He has also worked in the state Attorney General's office as the director of Budget and Government Affairs. He also worked for the state Treasurer as a government affairs representative. Sontag brings to us great mix of public policy and lobbying experience combined with a background in grassroots activism and politics.

He has also served as the executive director of the Kansas Republican Party.

Sontag is a graduate of Wichita State University where he earned a business administration and marketing degree.
