Vice President Jeff KochJeff Koch

Jeff Koch is responsible for NFIB's Member Benefit programs. He develops, manages and promotes programs that leverage the power of NFIB members. The programs offer NFIB members savings, access, value and information on products and services critical to the operations of small businesses.

Koch came to NFIB in 1998 from Marsh USA where he was the account executive for the NFIB commercial property and casualty insurance program. Prior to that he managed group insurance programs including captives and group self-insurance. Before entering the insurance industry Koch was an industrial engineer working in river transportation and before that, the steel industry.

Koch has a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is a licensed life, health, and property and casualty insurance agent. He is a member of the Consumer Driven Health Care Conference advisory board and a member of the Industry Advisory Council of the HSA Coalition. He is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the American Management Association.

Koch resides in Brentwood, Tenn., with his wife Betsy and two children. He is an active participant in the Freolac club and a World War II study group.
