UEF Pilot Program Extended
The Workers' Compensation Administration is extending the pilot program integrating the UEF eligibility determination into the mediation process for an additional six months.

2008 Worker Benefits
Benefits for newly injured workers are adjusted each year based on the State Average Weekly Wage. See the Wage and Benefits Table.


Employers can now file their WC-1 form and pay the workers' compensation personnel assessment fee online through the Tri-Agency (NMWebFile) website. To learn more, go to Employers and the personnel assessment fee section.

Workers' compensation fraud affects everyone. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. If you are aware of an alleged offense, please complete the Fraud Report form and email the form to Ellen Voss.


Use a WCA Fraud Prevention poster to reinforce the message that any party committing workers' compensation fraud will be prosecuted.
