67% of Americans Support Repeal of Death Tax

The Death Tax punishes family business owners and farmers and destroys jobs.  The Heritage Foundation estimates that 2,727 jobs would be created in Oklahoma and 240,000 jobs would be created in America if the Death Tax were repealed.

Small Business Premium Assistance Program Gets Upgrade

Oklahoma's premium assistance program, designed for businesses with fifty or fewer employees (formerly known as the Oklahoma Employer/Employee Partnership for Insurance Coverage or O-EPIC) is now called Insure Oklahoma. Also announced is that effective November 1st, the qualifying salary guidelines utilized for the program will increase from 185% of the federal poverty level (FPL) to 200% of the FPL. Small businesses can receive sixty percent of their health insurance premiums for qualified employees reimbursed by the state.
