Important Information Regarding Officeholder Expense Accounts
The Citizens Clean Elections Commission would like to make all legislative and statewide officeholders aware of a recent rule change. On November 13, 2008 the Commission voted to repeal rule R2-20-104(F) Officeholder Expenses. The sunset date is set for April 30, 2010. Until that date the rule remains in effect without change.
