NFIB/California member Gary McKinsey of Grimbleby Coleman CPAs, Inc. is a great example of a member getting involved in the legislative process by building relationships with elected officials. Gary recently hosted a networking reception with U.S. Rep. George Radanovich at the Modesto DoubleTree.
More than 40 people attended the event, where Rep. Radanovich shared how he is working to help small businesses in Washington, D.C. NFIB/California Executive Director John Kabateck was also in attendance and shared recent NFIB victories with those in attendance. Thanks to Gary, NFIB/California was able to let people in the Modesto area know more about NFIB and meet their congressional representative.
