As a small business owner, you face a multitude of laws every day, and NFIB wants to help you make sense of them all. Available as a benefit of NFIB membership, the Small Business Legal Center has designed a series of compliance webinars designed to explain the nuts and bolts of the laws impacting your business on a daily basis.

Beginning July 16 and running through November, each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, and will feature experienced attorneys explaining in plain language how you can avoid expensive fines and lawsuits in the day-to-day operation of your business.

In the first webinar, Wage and Hour Laws: What Every Small Business Owner Should Know, NFIB Small Business Legal Center attorney Beth Milito will guide you through the basics of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the federal wage and hour law. Topics covered include minimum wage, overtime, child labor restrictions, and required posters and records. Register now for this can't-miss webinar—and if you're not an NFIB member yet, join now!
