The November 2008 election will prove to be a critical turning point in terms of the direction the next president and Congress will take with respect to implementing legislation that will either benefit or disadvantage small business. NFIB is already preparing for some tough issue battles ahead that include defeating paid sick leave mandates and card-check legislation. NFIB believes that the government should not have the right to dictate how you should run your business.
