Utah Business Resource Centers Act

Issue Overview: Rep. David Clark is the sponsor of HB 37, the Utah Business Resource Centers Act, a great piece of legislation that will help small business in many ways.

The bill provides for the establishment and administration of business resource centers by the Governor's Office of Economic Development. The centers would provide one-stop resource and assistance to provide business support, education, sources of funding, training and networking to Utah businesses.

NFIB Position: NFIB/Utah supports this legislation.

What to Do: Call your legislators and tell them that you support HB 37 and look forward to utilizing what the centers have to offer.
