NFIB/Arizona Accepting Nominations for Small-Business Champion
01/08/2008

Get ready to send in your nominations for the "2008 Solveras-NFIB Small-Business Champion" award!

The Solveras-NFIB Small-Business Champion Award recognizes entrepreneurial success and the ‘giving back' philosophy that many successful entrepreneurs have demonstrated -- both in support of their local communities and organizations like NFIB.

The recognition program identifies NFIB members who have distinguished themselves through entrepreneurship in creating, building and maintaining their small business; giving back to their community and supporting other entrepreneurs; and supporting programs and activities that promote the NFIB's core values and strategic objectives.

NFIB/Arizona members have the opportunity to nominate fellow NFIB members and/or themselves for the 2008 NFIB/Arizona Small-Business Champion award.

The successful Arizona candidate for the award will then go on to compete for the 2008 Solveras-NFIB Small-Business Champion in the west region*. The west region award winner will be honored with three other regional winners at the 2008 National Small-Business Summit in Washington, D.C., in early June.

To make a nomination, please download and complete the nomination form below and return it to the NFIB/Arizona office by close of business Friday, Feb. 29, 2008. NFIB will announce one Arizona award winner by March 2008.

If you have any questions, please contact Michelle Bolton by telephone at 602-263-7690 or via e-mail at Michelle.Bolton@NFIB.org. Thank you.
