NFIB Launches Political Activism Web Site
09/14/2007

Protect Free Enterprise helps small business get involved

As part of the effort to encourage political activism in the small-business community, we've launched Protect Free Enterprise, a grassroots Web site that utilizes the latest online technologies and other tools helpful in promoting the small-business agenda.

Designed to help small-business owners, employees and family members get involved during the 2007 and 2008 political seasons, Protect Free Enterprise puts you--the small-business owner--in the spotlight by featuring your stories of entrepreneurship and political action. Real-life experiences of small-business owners are key to the site, where you are encouraged to upload videos of your activism for small-business issues and watch videos submitted by others.

In addition to a comprehensive election guide and NFIB-designed downloadable brochures, you can also sign up to receive e-mail updates, learn how NFIB's political team is working to help you and your small business, and take fun, interactive quizzes to learn more about NFIB and small business. And spread the word to other small-business supporters about how the site can help them get involved, too.

As the election season intensifies, standing up for small business becomes even more critical. Visit NFIB.com/protectfreeenterprise today for more information on how you, your employees and family members can make a difference.
