Beth Gaudio from the NFIB Legal Foundation appeared on Jim Blasingame's radio show, The Small Business Advocate, Monday morning to discuss the Legal Foundation's victory in the 9th Circuit Court's decision against ADA serial plaintiffs.
Karen Harned, executive director of the NFIB Legal Foundation, appeared on California's KION Radio Monday to talk about this victory for small business as well.
