NFIB members Richard and Margaret Sinclair met with Arizona Congressman Harry Mitchell (Ariz. - 5th Dist) Aug 29. Together, they discussed extending the current capital gains tax rate beyond 2010, the estate tax (also known as the "death tax") and access to affordable health care. The Sinclairs own Scottsdale-based Applied Process Equipment which specializes in providing customized solutions for wastewater treatment.
