SB 1385 Corman: Amends the Tax Reform Code, further providing, in corporate net income, for the definition of "taxable income" by adding that the net loss deduction would be, for taxable years beginning after Dec. 31, 2008, the greater of 20 percent of the taxable income or $5,000,000. The total net loss deduction allowed in any taxable year may not exceed the greater of 20 percent of the taxable income or $5,000,000 for taxable years beginning after Dec. 31, 2008.

SB 1385 Eichelberger: Amends the Tax Reform Code further providing, in corporate net income, for the definition of "taxable income" by adding that for taxable years beginning after Dec. 31, 2008, all business income would be apportioned to this State by multiplying the income by a fraction: the numerator of which is the sum of seven and a half times the property factor, 7.5 times the payroll factor and eighty-five times the sales factor; and the denominator of which is one hundred.
