NFIB/Ohio recently held a round of 15 member meetings across the state to provide timely and practical information regarding Ohio's new statewide smoking ban and minimum wage/recordkeeping laws. NFIB partnered with the Columbus-based law firm of Bricker and Eckler in briefing 350 small employers on changes to Ohio's laws and constitution as a result of two issues that passed in the November 2006 elections.
