While much attention will be paid to the campaign for the White House in 2008, there will be races for governor in Delaware, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Utah, Vermont and Washington. There will also be races for the state legislature in these and 35 other states.
The control of Congress will once again be up in the air, as all 435 seats in the House of Representatives will be up for grabs.
