Rep. John Kline (R-Minn.) announced Monday his plans to seek a third term in Congress. His Democratic challenger in the race will be either retired FBI agent Coleen Rowley or Sen. Sharon Marko.
According to the Star Tribune, Kline has been a strong supporter of the U.S. military’s presence in Iraq, and recently headed up the fight to allow military recruiters access to all college campuses. He also supports President Bush’s proposed tax cuts.
