NFIB members are not only leaders of the community, but leaders in business. ATSI (Association of TeleServices International, Inc.) has awarded its prestigious Award of Excellence for 2005 to Business Connections of Salem, Ore. ATSI does six months of extensive testing using an independent panel of judges who score call-handling skills, courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to clients.
Business Connections was also honored with the Ruby Award for eight consecutive years of excellent customer service. It’s clear that Business Connections knows exactly how valuable its customers are to the overall success of their business.
Cliff Moeller, owner of Business Connections, is a longtime NFIB member and has served on the Leadership Council for well over a decade. As part of the LC, Moeller has helped to define the issues NFIB/Oregon focuses on each year. Moeller is also a longtime contributor to the SAFE Trust PAC, which further positions NFIB as an important player in the Oregon legislature.
