The 2005 Kentucky General Assembly adopted sweeping changes to the tax code. The downloadable document below includes information on the multiple changes and how they will affect your business and personal taxes. As the changes were made retroactive to Jan. 1, and are now in effect, all members are urged to contact their tax professionals as soon as possible to review their impact for the current year.
