Small-Business Health Plan Coalition
The Small-Business Health Plan Coalition has been in existence for six years. NFIB has led the effort to enact legislation that would provide workers employed in small businesses and the self-employed with access to and choice of affordable health-plan options, similar to those now enjoyed by workers in corporate and union health plans.
More than 170 organizations, representing more than 12 million employers and 80 million workers, strongly support S. 545 and H.R. 4281, the Small Business Health Fairness Act of 2003, bipartisan legislation to strengthen and expand Small-Business Health Plans.
