What first attracted you to NFIB as an employer?
The opportunity to make a lot of money. The harder I worked, the more money I made.

How does NFIB help you realize your personal goals?

Do the mission and values of NFIB align with your personal mission and values and if so why?
I was raised in a small business. Our whole family worked in the business and fought battles from union infiltrators to unfair government regulations. Many times in the early years, my father took no paycheck but made sure his employees got paid. His entrepreneurial spirit lives within me every day. I know personally what small-business owners face and how critical it is to have NFIB fighting for them. My father lived the American dream. He built an extremely successful and profitable business. I want to make sure that can happen for other entrepreneurs.

What do you like about working at NFIB?
I believe in the cause and I believe in small business. I work with outstanding salespeople and a fantastic management team.
